【摘要】 目的 探讨普通临床戒烟方案在门诊治疗患者的效果。方法 2015年4—8月间从杭州市某社区医院获得220例患有高血压病并纳入慢性病管理的患者,按照患者出生日期单、双号随机分到干预组与对照组,各110例。干预组采用普通临床戒烟方案,对照组采用基本社区健康教育。收集患者年龄、职业等基本人口学特征及烟草使用情况。采用χ~2检验对两组不同时间点的戒烟率进行统计学处理,以P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果 干预组4周、12周和1年的戒烟率[分别为20.00%(22/110)、13.64%(15/110)和9.09%(10/110)]明显高于对照组[分别为4.55%(5/110)、1.82%(2/110)和0.91%(1/110)];χ~2值分别为7.80、10.77和7.75,P值均<0.05。结论 干预组所采用的普通临床戒烟方案具有良好的戒烟效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of general clinical smoking cessation behavior in outpatients.Methods Two hundred and twenty outpatients with hypertension enrolled chronic diseases management were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group according to the date of birth,single and even numbers,each with 110 cases in one community hospital of Hangzhou City from Apr.2015 to Aug.2015.General clinical smoking cessation behavior was performed in the intervention group and basic community health education was carried out in the control group.The basic demographic characteristics and tobacco using status were collected in all outpatients.The rates of smoking cessation at the each time points were analyzed with Chi-square test in two groups and P<0.05 was considered significant difference statistically. Results The rates of smoking cessation in the 4 th week(20.00%(22/110)),12 th week(13.64%(15/110))and one-year(9.09%(10/110))in the intervention group were higher than those(4.55%(5/110),1.82%(2/110)and 0.91%(1/110))in the control group with significant difference statistically(χ~2 value 7.80,10.77 and 7.75,P<0.05 for each). Conclusion The program for general clinical smoking cessation behavior in the intervention group has a good smoking cessation effect.更多还原
