基于H桥的压电陶瓷物镜驱动器控制电源设计

【摘要】 研究了一种应用于数字共焦显微系统的压电陶瓷物镜驱动器控制电源,采用高压桥式运放电路驱动小功率三极管H桥方式输出,改进了传统驱动电源在小幅度信号输出时驱动电流小、驱动容性负载响应速度慢等问题。设计了一种过流过压保护电路,对输出电流电压进行监控,由微控制器设置保护临界点,提高了控制电源的稳定性与可靠性。制作了方案的实验电路进行测试,经实验测试该压电陶瓷物镜驱动器控制电源各项指标均符合设计要求。

【Abstract】 The study examined a applied to piezoelectric ceramic drive of the objective of digital confocal microscopy system control power,driven by high pressure bridge op-amp circuit small power triode way H bridge output,improved the traditional drive power supply in small signal drive current is small,the output of the driving capacitive load response speed slow and so on.We design a flow pressure protection circuit,to monitor the output current voltage,set by microcontroller to protect critical point,improves the stability and reliability of control power.Made a experimental circuit test scheme,this paper through the experimental test of the piezoelectric ceramic drive control of the objective power all the indexes meet the design requirements.
