智能交通指挥系统的设计与实现
Design and Implementation of Intelligent Traffic Command System
【摘要】 针对交通路口固定时长的红绿灯会造成无谓的等待和资源的浪费,分时段控制不能保证实时性,交警亲自指挥劳动强度大的问题,提出基于机器视觉的交通指挥系统,根据路口车流量大小智能调节放行时间。通过摄像头采集实际路况信息,并经过视频图像处理得到小车数量;然后将小车数量反馈到控制器,根据小车数量调整红绿灯时间;最后交警机器人配合红绿灯时间,做出八种标准指挥动作。该系统将交警指挥和红绿灯相结合,共同管理交通状况。经过实际测试,验证了该系统的可行性。
【Abstract】 For fixed traffic lights will cause unnecessary waiting and waste of resources, the time division control does not guarantee real-time performance, traffic police personally directed the problems of high labor intensity, proposing the traffic control system based on machine vision, according to the traffic flow magnitude intelligent regulating release time. Collect actual traffic information through the camera,and after the video image processing to get the car number; then the number of vehicle feedback to the controller, according to the number of vehicle adjusts the traffic light time; And last the traffic police robot cooperate with the traffic light time, make eight standard command action. The system combines traffic police command and traffic light to manage traffic condition. After the actual test, the feasibility of the system is verified.
