基于Petri网建模的云制造流程业务兼容性检测

【摘要】 针对云制造服务流程交互兼容性判定问题,提出一种基于Petri网对云制造服务流程进行建模和交互兼容性检测的方法。将交互兼容性的判定转化为对云制造流程网的兼容库所在流程路径中出现的次序的检测。设计了相关算法,并举例验证了方法的有效性。有效避免了传统Petri网方法进行交互兼容判定时存在的状态空间爆炸问题,提高了判定效率。

【Abstract】 To judge the interaction compatibility of cloud manufacturing service processes,a method to model cloud manufacturing service processes and evaluate their interaction compatibility is proposed.The evaluation of interaction compatibility is converted into detecting the path order of the compatible tokens which appear in the cloud manufacturing service process.The algorithm is designed and examples are given to demonstrate the efficiency of this method.The proposed method is with a high efficiency since it can avoid the state space explosion problem of the traditional Petri net based method in judging the interaction compatibility.
