层次优化的物理不可克隆函数
Hierarchical optimization based physical unclonable function
【摘要】 提出一种层次优化的物理不可克隆函数(Physical Unclonable Function,PUF)。该PUF的优化来自源和后处理两个层次:PUF源引入多重延时可变单元,组合灵活,资源利用效率高,并具有较高的抗噪声能力;PUF后处理引入差分成组算法,增加响应数量,其基于差分周期的操作,使得结果更加唯一。最后,与现有的经典结构在唯一性和稳定性上进行了比较,结果表明,该PUF具有一定优势。
【Abstract】 This paper proposes a hierarchical optimization based Physical Unclonable Function(PUF).The PUF consists of two optimization levels: PUF source and PUF post-processing.PUF source takes multiple delay variable unit to produce more flexible responds with high resource utilization and anti-noise ability.PUF post-processing utilizes a difference grouping algorithm to enhance the quantity and uniqueness of responds with operations on difference of periods.To verify the performance of this structure,some typical instances have been chosen.According to the uniqueness and reliability analysis results,this PUF is better.
