黄伞次级代谢物及其抗肿瘤活性的研究进展

【摘要】 亚洲饮食习惯和祖国传统医学中,药用真菌(蘑菇)一直被用作预防和防治疾病的食品、保健品甚至药物,如应用于高血压、糖尿病、明显的炎症、癌症等疾病的食补和治疗.黄伞是药食性真菌,随着深入研究,已发现黄伞次级代谢物可用于提高小鼠免疫系统功能,以及可能应用于肿瘤的治疗.本文回顾了黄伞菌提取物的化学成分及抗肿瘤研究进展,为深入分析新的黄伞菌抗肿瘤活性物质对肿瘤细胞增殖抑制、诱导凋亡和信号途径等方面的影响,提供文献研究基础.

【Abstract】 In Asia and China,medicinal mushrooms have been used as a preventive health food,even used in prevention of a series of human diseases such as hypertension,diabetes,obvious inflammation,cancer and others.Pholiota adiposa is a kind of medicinal and edible fungi,in recent years,many research found pholiota adiposa secondary metabolites can improve the immune system of mice,especially for the treatment of cancer related inflammation.In this paper,we review the chemical composition of pholiota adiposa extract and anti-tumor research progress,for further analysis of the new pholiota adiposa antitumor active substances to inhibit tumor cell proliferation,induce apoptosis and signal pathway and so on,and provide literature research foundation.
