基于物联网的电动叉车远程监测系统的研究和设计

【摘要】 针对目前国内电动叉车系统的状态监测方式存在的如下问题:采集时效性差、缺乏灵活性、数据价值难以发挥等。以物联网技术为基础设计出一种面向电动叉车的远程状态信息监测系统,实现仓储式电动叉车状态参数的实时获取、上载与监测。结合嵌入式技术、通信技术、互联网技术等给出应用方案,对其软硬件设计进行解释说明。该状态信息远程监测系统可提高电动叉车状态信息获取的时效性与灵活性,在此基础上实现对电动叉车系统的实时监测。该远程监测系统为电动叉车的远程状态诊断、云数据服务提供了基础,对电动叉车的网络化、智能化、系统化发展具有很高的应用价值。

【Abstract】 In view of the current status of the domestic electric forklift system monitoring methods are as follows:the acquisition of timeliness is poor,the lack of flexibility,the data value is difficult to play,and so on.Based on the Internet of things,this paper designs a remote state information monitoring system for electric forklift.The system can realize real-time acquisition,upload and monitoring of the state parameters of storage electric forklift.This paper describes its hardware and software design,combined with embedded technology,communication technology,Internet technology,etc.,and gives the application program.This remote state information monitoring system can improve the timeliness and flexibility of the state information acquisition of electric forklift.On this basis,the real-time monitoring of the electric forklift system can be realized.The remote monitoring system provides the basis for remote state diagnosis and cloud data service of electric forklift.It has very high application value to the network,intelligent,and systematic development of electric forklift truck.
