用于PV组串的单输入-多输出电流均衡器的建模与仿真
Modeling and Simulation of Single Input-Multi Output Current Equalizer for PV Modules
【摘要】 光伏板部分被遮蔽使得大型PV阵列的平均功率损失为20%~30%,因此提高PV阵列的电能利用率是一个重要的课题。首先提出了单输入-多输出隔离型电流均衡器的Forward型拓扑结构,对其进行平均建模和小信号建模。给出了电流均衡器的均衡机理和平均模型,然后比较了正激拓扑的平均模型和瞬态模型的仿真区别。最后利用PSIM软件搭建该均衡器的闭环系统的平均等效模型电路。仿真结果表明均衡器可以提高输出功率33%,平均模型可以提高仿真效率32倍。
【Abstract】 Considering that the photovoltaic(PV) panel is partially shielded so that the average power loss of the large PV array 20% to 30%, it is an important issue to improve the energy efficiency of the PV array. In this paper, the Forward model of single input-multi output isolated current equalizer is proposed to set the equalization mechanism and the average model. And then, the average model of the forward and the simulation of the transient model are compared. Finally, the average equivalent model circuit of the closed-loop system is constructed by PSIM software. The simulation results show that the equalizer can increase the output power by 33%, and the average model can improve the simulation efficiency by 32 times.
