He-Ne激光结合丹参对类风湿性关节炎大鼠免疫指标的影响

Effects of He-Ne Laser Combined with Salvia Miltiorrhiza on Immune Indices of Rheumatoid Arthritis Rats

【摘要】 旨在研究激光结合丹参对Ⅱ型胶原诱导类风湿性关节炎大鼠模型的类风湿性因子、免疫指标、脏器系数及炎症因子的变化情况,为治疗类风湿性关节炎提供参考依据。用鸡Ⅱ型胶原诱导健康雄性Wistar大鼠为类风湿性关节炎大鼠,造模成功后,随机分为5组,于第35天处死大鼠,取大鼠各脏器,称取其湿重并计算脏器系数,检测并比较各处理组大鼠血清中类风湿性因子(RF)、IL-6、IL-1水平及免疫球蛋白水平等。处理组大鼠血清中的免疫指标IgA水平丹参结合激光组高于模型组及其他治疗组(P<0.05),免疫指标IgG和IgM水平丹参结合激光组低于模型组及其他治疗组(P<0.05)。与模型组、空白对照组比较,各处理组大鼠脏器系数含量降低(P<0.05)。各处理组大鼠血清中IL-1、IL-6及RF含量均低于模型组且高于对照组(P<0.05)。可见激光结合丹参对Ⅱ型胶原诱导类风湿性关节炎大鼠模型具有一定程度的治疗效果。

【Abstract】 To study the changes of organ coefficient,immune indices and inflammatory factors in the model of collagen induced rheumatoid arthritis in rats by Salvia miltiorrhiza combined with laser for providing a new therapy for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis,the rats were injected with the chicken collagen of typeⅡfor inducing rats rheumatoid arthritis model,and then divided randomly into 5 groups.The changes of organ coefficients,immune indices,rheumatoid factor and inflammatory factors(IL-6,IL-1)were measured.IgA level in serum of rat group with Salvia miltiorrhiza plus laser was higher than that in the model group and other treatment groups(P<0.05),IgG and IgM levels of Salvia miltiorrhiza combined with laser group was lower than that of model group and other treatment groups(P<0.05).Compared with the model group and the blank control group,the organ coefficients of the rats in each treatment group decreased(P<0.05).The contents of IL-1,IL-6 and RF in serum of treatment group were lower than that in model group,and higher than that in control group(P<0.05).It can be seen that Salvia miltiorrhiza combined with laser has a certain degree of therapeutic effect on type II collagen induced rheumatoid arthritis rat model.
