【摘要】 为研究迷迭香乙酸乙酯萃取物对大鼠溃疡性结肠炎的保护作用机制,采用DSS建立大鼠溃疡性结肠炎模型,各组分别给予低、中、高剂量的迷迭香乙酸乙酯萃取物,连续给药2周,检测TLR4、TNF-α、MD2、IL-13、IL-8、IL-10水平及结肠组织病理学变化。结果显示,迷迭香乙酸乙酯萃取物中、高剂量能明显降低TLR4、TNF-α、MD2、IL-8水平,提升IL-13、IL-10水平(P<0.05),改善大鼠溃疡性结肠模型结肠病理改变。说明迷迭香乙酸乙酯萃取物对溃疡性结肠炎具有明显的保护作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 To study the protective effect of ethyl acetate extract of Rosmarinus officinalis on the model of ulcerative colitis,the model of ulcerative colitis was established by using DSS.The low,medium and high doses of ethyl acetate extracts of Rosmarinus officinalis were continuously administered to rats in each group for two weeks.The serum levels of TNF-α,IL-8 and histopathological lesions of colon were examined.The results showed that medium and high doses of ethyl acetate extracts of Rosmarinus officinalis significantly reduced TLR4,TNF-α,MD2,IL-8 levels,and increased IL-13,IL-10(P<0.05),and decreased the pathological lesions of the colon of ulcerative colitis rat model.It demonstrated that ethyl acetate extract of Rosmarinus officinalis had a significant protective effect on ulcerative the colitis model.更多还原
