【摘要】 副流感病毒(PIV)广泛地存在于自然界,其基因型较多,宿主范围广泛,不仅引起人的呼吸道疾病,而且使牛,羊,犬等动物感染发病,给畜牧业生产造成较大的经济损失。论文就副流感病毒的病毒学基础、致病机制、引起不同宿主动物特别是牛、羊、犬等的广泛感染流行情况进行综述,为副流感病毒致病机制的研究以及诊断和预防策略的提出提供理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 PIV widely exists all over nature and is genetically and antigenically divided into many types,as it is the main reason for causing human respiratory disease,particularly the upper and low respiratory tract infection in infants,young children and the aged people,and characterized by extensively influenza disease in cattle,dogs,goats during animal husbandry production process.In this review,the introduction of virology,pathogenic mechanism and acute epidemic situation of the viruses in recent years in different host animals such as cattle,goats,canine were elaborated,and it will be helpful for research on the pathogenesis and diagnosis of the disease.更多还原
