Nine forging processes with different directions of alloy Ti-6Al-4V-2Fe were conducted by thermo-mechanical coupled simulation,and the temperature field and equivalent strain field during whole deformation processes were obtained. Then,the microstructures at six typical positions in workpiece were analyzed combining with the temperature calculation result.
