【摘要】 目的总结性探讨腹腔镜下胆囊切除术(LC)治疗慢性萎缩性胆囊炎的技术方法及其临床应用价值。方法本院2015年1月—2017年3月共接诊86例慢性萎缩性胆囊炎LC术患者,其中5例腹腔镜下转行开腹胆囊切除术,81例均为腹腔镜下完成胆囊切除术,观察两组术中、术后情况。结果 81例腹腔镜下完成胆囊切除术患者中,5例行横断法切除。腹腔镜下胆囊切除术组手术时间、出血量、术后住院时间与并发症发生率均显著低于转行开腹胆囊切除术组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜下胆囊切除术必须结合适当的手术技术,才能够确保手术顺利完成。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the technical methods and clinical value of laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC)in the treatment of chronic atrophic cholecystitis.Methods In our hospital in January 2015 to March 2017,86 patients with chronic atrophic cholecystitis LC were included,including 5 cases of laparoscopic to open cholecystectomy and 81 cases laparoscopic cholecystectomy,intraoperative and postoperative situation were compared between groups.Results Among the 81 patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy,5 underwent transection.The operation time,bleeding volume,postoperative hospitalization time and complication rate of laparoscopic cholecystectomy group were significantly lower than those of open cholecystectomy group(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy should be combined with appropriate surgical techniques to ensure the successful completion of the operation.更多还原
