基于振动激励的电源故障监测与失效分析

【摘要】 以某型航天用高压电源为对象,提出了一种基于振动激励的电源故障监测与失效分析的研究方法。通过搭建电源在线状态监测系统,实现对电源各关键节点信号的采集与存储,以及对电源工作状态的监测报警。应用振动应力对高压电源进行故障激发试验,短时高效地激发其可能出现的故障模式。通过对高压电源故障过程的在线监测,结合高压电源的振动仿真和故障模块的Saber电路仿真,实现高压电源的故障诊断及分析,指出其设计的薄弱点。通过相应的故障注入试验验证诊断结果的准确性。

【Abstract】 This paper presented a method of vibration stress-based failure excitation and monitoring for aerospace power. First of all,focusing on the aerospace high voltage power module it designed a system for the realtime condition monitoring of the high voltage power,which could acquire the data of the nodes,control the switching of the testing nodes,display and save the test data,realize the failure alarm of the power module. Then vibration stress is exerted to effectively stimulate the possible failure modes of the high voltage power,acquire the real-time condition of the power module using the condition-monitoring system designed. And it conducted high-voltage power supply fault diagnosis and analysis based on the vibration simulation of high-voltage power supply and the Saber circuit simulation of the faulty module,which indicates the weak point of the design. And the correctness of the diagnosis result is verified through the fault injection test.
