2012~2015年山西省居民碘盐监测结果及分析

【摘要】 目的掌握山西省非高碘县及高碘县的非高碘地区新的盐碘标准实施后居民户碘盐使用情况。方法按照《碘缺乏病监测方案》的要求,2012年-2015年在全省11个市109个非高碘县(市、区)及10个高碘县(市、区)所辖非高碘地区,按东、西、南、北、中划分5个抽样片区,在每个片区各随机抽取1个乡(镇、街办)。在每个乡(镇、街办),随机抽取4个行政村(居委会);在每个行政村(居委会),随机抽检15户居民食用盐,进行盐碘检测。盐碘含量采用直接滴定法测定,川盐及其他强化盐采用仲裁法测定。结果 2012-2015年,碘盐覆盖率总体上一直维持在95%以上,全省盐碘中位数逐年下降,以新标准18-33mg/kg计,全省合格碘盐食用率逐年升高;2012年-2014年,以过渡期标准18-50mg/kg计,合格碘盐食用率总体上一直在90%以上,但≤90%的县数在增加;2015年,以新标准18-33mg/kg计,合格碘盐食用率为92.52%,但有16个县碘盐覆盖率﹤95%,有27个县≤90%,占到了全部县数的22.7%(27/119)。结论新的盐碘标准实施后,山西省新旧标准碘盐总体上过渡平稳,但存在合格碘盐食用率不达标的县数扩大的倾向,应引起重视。

【Abstract】 Objective To master the current situation of iodized salt consumption at household level in Shanxi from 2012 to 2015 after the adjustment of iodine salt standard. Methods From 2012 to 2015,according to "National Surveillance Program on Iodine Deficiency Disorders",in 109 non-high iodine counties and non-high iodine areas in 10 high counties,5 townships were randomly selected according to their sub-area positiona of east,west,south,north and center; 4 villages were randomly sampled in each chosen township; 15 households were randomly selected in each chosen village. The iodine level in salt was determined by direct titration; the salt samples from Sichuan and other enhanced salt samples were detected by arbitration. Results From 2012 to 2015,the coverage rate of iodine salt were all higher than 95%,the median of salt iodine was decreased; From 2012 to 2014,the rate of qualified iodized salt were all higher than 90%. However,the number of counties of the rate of qualified iodized salt lower than 90% was increased; in 2015,the rate of qualified iodized salt was 93. 52%. However,the coverage rate of iodine salt in 16 counties were lower than 95%,the rate of qualified iodized salt in 27 counties were lower than 90%,accounted for 22. 7%( 27/119). Conclusion The salt of the new and standard iodine concentration transited smoothly in Shanxi from 2012 to 2015 after the adjustment of iodine salt standard at provincial level; However,the number of counties of the rate of qualified iodized salt lower than 90% was increased,we must pay attion to this problem.
