建筑信息模型和虚拟现实技术在电力管廊应用的构想

【摘要】 电力管廊如果按照传统方法进行设计、生产和施工,由于各专业部门缺乏有效沟通的平台,会带来很多问题。在设计阶段,会导致重复设计、管线碰撞等相关问题;在生产阶段会导致预制构件拼接不上、生产流程不顺畅等相关问题;在施工阶段会导致施工组织设计不合理、不得不返工重建等相关问题。而解决上述问题的最佳方法就是将建筑信息模型与虚拟现实技术相融合,对设计、生产、施工进行一体化管理。文章介绍了虚拟现实技术的基本概念、特征以及实现的主要工具软件,充分分析了传统的设计流程的缺陷以及采用建筑信息模型与虚拟现实技术相融合所具有的优势,建筑信息模型与虚拟现实技术相融合将是打造数字化管廊的必由之路。

【Abstract】 According to the traditional method, the design, production and construction of power pipe corridor will bring a lot of problems because of lack of effective communication platform. In the design phase, traditional design may lead to repeated design, pipeline collision and other related issues. At the production phase, it may lead to failed connection of prefabricated parts, unsmooth production progress and other related problems. In the construction phase, it may lead to unreasonable construction organization design, unavoidable reconstruction and other related issues. A best way to solve the above problems is to integrate building information model(BIM) and virtual reality(VR), and adopt integrated management of design, production and construction. This paper starts from the brief introduction of basic concepts, characteristics and main tool software of VR. And then gives sufficient analysis on disadvantages of traditional design process and advantages of integration of BIM and VR. The integration of BIM and VR is the only way to build digital pipe corridor.
