【Abstract】 With the development of network information environment,Massive Open Online Course( MOOCs),with its features of being open,free,convenient,prompt and interactive,impacts on the higher education,even the whole education world,and triggers hot debates especially in the higher education. As the service center of the information resources,university libraries take on the mission of the service for teaching and research. On the ground of the previous studies,this paper proposes that the establishment should be based on MOOCs service platform and it also expounds the modes and contents of MOOCs service embedded in the university libraries.更多还原
