【Abstract】 According to the survey data of Wuhu City in Anhui province,this paper points out the current situation and existing problems of community culture construction. Based on the analysis of the national macro policy and the advantages of the technology and resources of university library,this paper demonstrates the necessity and feasibility of university library service for the construction of urban community culture and explores the new strategies. And this paper also puts forward the new measures of the government to purchase the service,the network service and socialization trend of university library.更多还原
