【摘要】 为探讨幼儿教师社会支持、职业认同与工作满意度的关系,随机选取成都市及周边幼儿教师254名进行调查,结果表明:幼儿教师的工作满意度相对较低;社会支持对幼儿教师工作满意度有显著的预测作用,预测力为31.36%;职业认同在社会支持对幼儿教师工作满意度的影响上具有部分中介作用.该研究具有重要理论价值和实践意义.更多还原

【Abstract】 254kindergareners in or around Chengdu chosen by random sampling are investigated to find out the relation between society support and career identity and job satisfaction.The findings show that the job satisfaction of kindergareners is relatively lower,the society support has a clear forecast for the satisfaction with the forecast power of 31.36%,and the career identity has a partial medium function to the satisfaction.The research has both theoretical and practical significance.更多还原
