石墨烯中强耦合束缚磁极化子能隙的性质
Propertiesof Energy Gap of Strong-coupling Bound Magnetopolaron in Graphene
【摘要】 采用幺正变换和线性组合算符的方法研究了石墨烯中强耦合束缚磁极化子的能隙,得到了能隙与磁场强度,束缚参数,声子的截止波数以及石墨烯和极性衬底间的间距的关系.计算结果表明:能隙随磁场强度,束缚参数和截止波数的增大而增大,随石墨烯与极性衬底间的间距增大而减小.
【Abstract】 The properties of energy gap of strong-coupling bound magnetopolaron in graphene are studied by using the linear combination operator and the variational method in this article.The relations of the energy gap with the uniform magnetic field strength B,coulomb bound potential parameters,Dybye cut-off wave numbers and distance z between polar substrate and graphene were derived.The numerical results illustrates that energy gap increase with the increase of magnetic field strength,bound potential parameters and cut-off wave numbers,while it decrease with the increase of distance z.
