Couette型液体粘滞系数测量公式修正
Correction on Formulation for Liquid Viscosity Coefficient Determined by Couette Type Eddy-Canister Viscometer
【摘要】 Searle型系统测量液体粘滞系数文献研究较多,而Couette型液体粘滞系数测量系统研究很少且已有的文献描述错误或者不完善。利用流体力学和粘性流体力学基本理论,结合Searle型内筒旋转式测量液体粘滞系数的研究方法,得到Couette型液体粘滞系数测量系统测量液体粘滞系数表达式,并通过实验测量25℃下蓖麻油的粘滞系数。结果表明:不同尺寸圆筒得到的粘滞系数分别为0.614、0.621、0.625、0.618,误差分别为1%,0.2%,0.8%,0.3%。
【Abstract】 A large number of Research literatures on liquid viscosity coefficient by Searle type system is founded. Few literature on liquid viscosity coefficient by Couette type is gotten. The description of the existing literature on Couette type is errors or incompleteness. Using the theory of fluid mechanics and viscous fluid mechanics,combining with the research method of the Searle type,the expression of liquid viscosity coefficient by Couette type is obtained. The viscous coefficient of castor oil under 25 ℃ received by experiment measuring.Results show that the viscous coefficient of the different cylinder sizes are respectively 0. 614,0. 621,0. 625,0.621 with error 1%,0. 2%,0. 8%,0. 3%.
