光纤折射率传感器的设计与研究
Design and Research of Fiber Sensor for Refractive Index
【摘要】 基于菲涅耳反射及法布里-珀罗干涉原理设计的测量液体折射率的光纤传感器,该传感器可直接采用普通光纤裸纤端面作为传感器探头,探测系统具有结构简单,操作方便的特点,通过菲涅尔反射法和法布里-珀罗干涉法精确测量了水、甲苯和苯甲醚等样品的折射率,测量结果精确度较高。
【Abstract】 As a flexible conductive media of light,the optical fiber can be used in designing and manufacturing a variety of sensors. It introduced a fiber optic sensor based on Fresnel reflection and Fabry Perot interference for measurement of refractive index. The sensor uses ordinary bare fiber end face as the probe of the sensor,thus the sensor has simple structure and is convenient in operation. We measured the refractive index of water,toluene and benzene ether samples using the Fresnel reflection method and Fabry Perot interferometry method,and get an accurate result.
