【摘要】 中国"一带一路"是以经济贸易和文化发展为双核心的重大战略构想,对"一带一路"沿线国家和地区民族文化的交流融合具有十分重要的指引意义,但同时也给中国文化安全带来了不容忽视的挑战。在"一带一路"建设中,中国文化抵御西方强势文化霸权的能力还有待进一步提高,中国文化产业的国际影响力还不够强大,境外不良宗教思潮的影响更需要引起高度关注。为应对中国文化安全面临的风险与挑战,中国政府宜重点加大中国文化传播力度、提升中国文化话语权、健全文化产业发展机制、加强国际文化交流、增强抵御不良宗教思潮渗透能力,加强战略运筹,在"一带一路"实施推进过程中,切实维护中国文化安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 " The Belt and Road" initiative,centered in trade and culture development,has been considered of great importance to the national culture exchange among the nations and regions that related to"the Belt and Road"initiative.In the meantime,the initiative also brings challenges that can’t be ignored to China’s culture.In the process of promoting"the Belt and Road",the influence of Chinese culture against the West,especially American cultural hegemony,has yet to be further improved.The international influence of Chinese culture industry is not strong enough,and the negative influence of overseas religious needs high concerned.Chinese culture faces risks and challenges,measures should be taken,like enhancing the Chinese culture communication,increasing Chinese culture discourse right,integrating culture industry mechanism,strengthening the ability to resist harmful religious ideology,etc,so as to advance China’s national interest and maintaining Chinese culture security.更多还原
