基于GPRS无线通讯的电动汽车与智能配电网的互动研究

【摘要】 智能车载终端的无线通讯技术为电动汽车与电网的互动提供了通讯基础。本文构造了电动汽车、充电站以及智能配电网三者之间的无线通讯网络;建立了电动汽车充放电管理模型,实现智能配电网与电动汽车能量和信息的双向互动;分析了电动汽车参与电网互动的充放电成本。以上海某地区日负荷为例,分析了在实时电价下4种品牌电动汽车参与电网调峰的经济效益。结果表明,在互动模式下电动汽车参与电网调峰将获得良好的经济收益,此互动模式能有效地吸引更多的电动汽车参与电网互动。

【Abstract】 The wireless communication technology of intelligent vehicle terminal(IVT)provides a communication basis for electric vehicles to interact with the grid.This paper sets up a wireless communication network among electric vehicles,charging stations and intelligent distribution network,and also sets up a management model of charging and discharging for electric vehicles,realizing the interaction between the grid and electric vehicles in terms of energy and information.Using this model,the costs of charging and discharging for electric vehicles plugged into the grid are analyzed.With the daily load of certain area in Shanghai as an example,the economic benefit of peak-shaving by four brands of grid-connected electric vehicles are analyzed at the time-of-use electricity price.The results show that the electric vehicles would receive benefit through the interaction model,which can attract more electric vehicles to be plugged into the grid.
