【摘要】 基于重点解读《关于进一步深化电力体制改革的若干意见》中关于配电网规划的相关内容,探讨分析配电网规划中不确定性因素。从负荷侧、电源侧和实施管理侧3个方面分析配电网规划中出现的不确定性因素。分析负荷侧电动汽车的大规模接入、电源侧分布式电源的大规模接入以及实施管理侧实施主体的不确定性对配电网规划带来的影响,探讨适应新形势下的配电网规划方法。提出综合考虑负荷侧、电源侧资源的配电网综合资源规划方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the interpretation of the content related to distribution network planning in the Several Opinions on Further Deepening Electric Power System Reform,the corresponding uncertain factors are discussed from three aspects,i.e.,load side,power side and management implementation side. The influences of large-scale access of electric vehicles,large-scale access of distributed generation and the uncertainty of implementation body are analyzed in the above three sides,respectively. Moreover,the method of distribution network planning adapted to the new situation is also discussed,and an integrated resource planning method for distribution network is proposed,which considers the resources in both load side and power side comprehensively.更多还原
