基于SOC优化的混合储能平抑风电波动方法
Method of Hybrid Energy Storage to Smooth the Fluctuations for Wind Power Based on State of Charge Optimization
【摘要】 针对蓄电池和超级电容器储能特性不同的特点,将风电功率信号进行多尺度小波包分解,得到蓄电池和超级电容器的充放电参考功率。提出基于蓄电池和超级电容器荷电状态SOC(state of charge)的功率分配优化方法,详细讨论两种储能元件协调工作时可能出现的所有工作状态,实时检测储能元件SOC的大小,当处于非正常工作状态时调整储能元件的实时充放电参考功率,进行相应的过充过放保护。该方法对风电功率波动具有较好的平抑效果,且能有效延长蓄电池和超级电容器的使用寿命,在Matlab/Simulink中搭建仿真模型验证了该控制方法的有效性。
【Abstract】 According to different energy storage characteristics of batteries and super capacitors,wind farm output pow-er signals are decomposed by wavelet packet to obtain the reference powers of batteries and super capacitors duringcharging and discharging. The power allocation optimization methods based on the state of charge( SOC)of batteriesand super capacitors are proposed,and all working conditions that may occur when the two energy storage componentsoperate with coordination are discussed in detail,With the real-time detection of SOC,the reference powers of the ener-gy storage elements during charging and discharging are adjusted in abnormal working conditions,and over-charging/discharging protection can be taken in time.. The proposed method is effective to stabilize wind power fluctuations,andit can also stabilize and extend the life of batteries and super capacitors. The simulation model built in Matlab/Simu-link verifies this control method.
