【摘要】 分化型甲状腺癌(differentiated thyroid cancer,DTC)占甲状腺癌的90%以上,外科手术是最有效的方法。将精准外科理念应用于甲状腺外科手术中就是精准甲状腺外科。为达到精准甲状腺外科的要求,术前精细的评估、个体化手术方案制定、逐渐精细的术式、术中先进的外科技术是必不可少的。本文对分化型甲状腺癌的精准外科手术治疗进展进行综述。更多还原

【Abstract】 Differentiated thyroid cancer account for more than 90% of thyroid carcinomas; surgery is the most effective method.The precise thyroid surgery is the application of precise surgical concept to thyroid surgery.To meet the requirements of precise thyroid surgery,careful preoperative evaluation,individual operation plan,delicate operative approaches,advanced surgical technology are necessary.This article summarizes the recent advances in the treatment of differentiated thyroid cancer under the concept of precise surgery.更多还原
