【摘要】 Yes相关蛋白(YAP)又名YAP65,是近年发现的Hippo信号通路下游一个关键的转录共激活因子,在促进组织再生和维持干细胞自我更新等方面发挥着重要作用。随着对YAP研究的深入,人们发现YAP参与细胞增殖/凋亡失衡和肿瘤形成,在多种肿瘤组织中呈高表达状态,并可促进肿瘤的增殖、侵袭和转移。目前关于YAP在妇科肿瘤的研究报道较少,研究结果也不尽相同。现有资料显示,YAP与卵巢癌、宫颈癌、子宫内膜癌等妇科肿瘤的发生、发展、疗效及预后相关,现将其与妇科肿瘤的关系作一综述。更多还原

【Abstract】 Yes-associated protein(YAP) also known as YAP65,a key transcription co-activator of the Hippo signaling pathway,is discovered in recent years.It plays important roles in promoting tissue regeneration and maintaining stem cell self-renewal.Along with the research development on YAP,it has been found that YAP is involved in cell proliferation/apotheosis imbalance and tumor formation with a state of high expression in a variety of tumor tissues and can promote tumor proliferation,invasion and metastasis.Currently,there are only few studies of YAP in gynecological tumors and the results are also not the same.The existing data have shown that YAP is associated with tumor occurrence,development,curative effect and prognosis in ovarian cancer,cervical cancer,endometrial cancer and other gynecological tumors.The relationships of YAP with gynecological tumors are reviewed in this article.更多还原
