基于直流侧输入电流检测的无线充电系统负载估计

【摘要】 基于无线充电系统逆变器等效负载与直流侧输入电流之间的关系,提出了一种利用直流侧输入电流进行负载估计的方法。首先,建立模型分析了直流侧输入电流与逆变器输出电流的关系,并推导得到输入电流与负载之间的数学关系,从而实现了基于直流侧输入电流的负载估计。进而,通过仿真和实验验证了该负载估计方法。实验结果显示,该方法在10~100Ω的负载范围内估计误差小于10%,达到了较高的估计精度。最后,利用所提出的负载估计方法对系统进行了故障分析,结果表明该负载估计方法能够实现对系统故障状态的有效识别。

【Abstract】 Based on the relationship between the inverter equivalent load and the DC-side input current of the wireless charging system,a load estimating method using DC-side input current is proposed.Firstly,a model is developed to analyze the relationship between the DC-side input current and the inverter output current.Then,the mathematical relationship between the input current and the load is derived.Thus the load estimating based on the DC-side input current is accomplished.Furthermore,simulations and experiments have been conducted to verify the proposed load estimation method.Experimental results show that the estimation error is less than 10% within the load range of 10~100 Ω.Finally,the proposed load estimating method has been used to conduct system fault analysis.The results show that the load estimating method is able to achieve effective identification of system fault states.
