诱导结晶法控制电极结垢强度的研究
Study of Induced Crystallization to Control Scale Strength of Electrode
【摘要】 从阴极垢的组成成分和结构调节入手,加入到模拟循环水中的偏铝酸钠量为总硬度的1/5时(物质的量摩尔比),阴极和阳极两端电场梯度为0.63 V/mm,生成的垢的结构接近疏松的类水滑石结构,部分垢随循环水流出.附着在阴极器壁上的垢,在0.14 V/mm的逆向电场梯度下容易脱落,电极性能恢复.
【Abstract】 Composition and structure of cathode scale are adjusted,and Na Al O2 with one fifth of total hardness( amount of substance mole ratio) is added to stimulate circulating water with electric field gradient of 0. 63 V/mm. The structure of the generated scale closes to loose LDHs,and part of the scale flows out with the circulating water. The scale attaching to the cathode device wall is more easy to fall out under reverse electric field gradient of 0. 14 V/mm,which can restore electrode performance.
