【摘要】 随着以风电为代表的新能源规模开发利用,传统电力系统的结构特性发生了改变,风电并网对系统的稳定运行及控制带来了新的挑战。从风力发电的基本特性出发,归纳风电并网对系统小干扰概率稳定性研究的最新动向和进展,阐述改善风电并网后电力系统小干扰概率稳定性相关控制措施,最后对该领域的未来发展方向进行讨论,以期为大规模风电并网后对系统小干扰概率稳定性研究提供借鉴。

【Abstract】 With large-scale development and utilization of renew able power especially wind power,the structure of traditional power system has been changed,and wind power integration has brought new challenges to power system stable operation and control. Based on the characteristics of large-scale wind power,this paper concludes the recent progress and new trends on research of power system probabilistic small signal stability with high wind power integration,and then discusses the control strategy of probabilistic small signal stability wind farm integration when improving power system.Finally,this paper proposes some suggestions for further research in this area,which can provide reference and guidance for the research of the power system probabilistic small signal stability with high wind power integration.
