【摘要】 基于2015年大连市流动人口调研数据,建立logistic回归模型,就医疗保险模式对流动人口医疗卫生服务可及性影响进行探讨。结果显示:医疗卫生服务可及性对流动人口居留意愿产生显著影响;流动人口医疗卫生服务可及性整体程度偏低,预防性医疗卫生服务尤为明显;参加不同医疗保险的流动人口在医疗卫生服务可及性上存在较大差异;医疗保险对参保者医疗卫生服务可及性影响存在人群上的结构性差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the survey of migrating population in Dalian in 2015,this paper builds the logistic regression model and explores the impact of medical insurance models on the accessibility of medical and health services among migrators.The results show that the accessibility of medical and health services has a significant impact on whether migrators would decide to stay in the city.The overall level of health services accessibility,in particular,the preventive medical services,among migrating population is low.There is a big difference in medical accessibility for the migrant population under different health insurance policies.Structural discrepancies in medical service accessibility have also been found among different insured population groups.更多还原
