【摘要】 目的:探讨右心室双出口(DORV)超声心动图诊断的价值。方法:对106例DORV矫治手术患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,与术前经胸超声心动图结果比较,总结诊断要点。结果:106例中超声心动图诊断正确的共104例,诊断率达到98%,2例误诊为完全性大动脉转位。106例患者,肺动脉狭窄占54.7%,肺动脉高压占43.4%;室缺位于主动脉瓣下占46.2%,远离两大动脉占25.5%;室缺位于肺动脉瓣下占20.8%,位于双动脉瓣下占7.5%。房室连接方式及大动脉位置关系中,房室连接一致的100例,房室连接不一致6例。大动脉右转位的93例,大动脉左转位13例。结论:超声心动图诊断DORV的符合率高,能指出分型,对手术术式的选择有重要的参考意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the value of echocardiography in the diagnosis of double outlet right ventricle( DORV).Methods: The clinical data of 106 cases with DORV undergoing correction surgery were retrospectively analyzed. The results were compared with the results of preoperative and transthoracic echocardiography. Results: 104 cases of the 106 cases were correctly diagnosed by echocardiography,the diagnostic rate was 98 %,and 2 cases were misdiagnosed as complete transposition of the great arteries. 106 cases of patients with pulmonary artery stenosis,pulmonary hypertension accounted for 54. 7 %,accounting for 43. 4 %;in the subaortic VSD accounted for 46. 2 %,from the two artery accounted for 25. 5 %; ventricular septal defect pulmonary valve located under accounted for 20. 8 %,accounting for 7. 5 % of the aortic valve in double. There were 100 cases of atrioventricular connection and 6 cases of atrioventricular junction discordance in the relation of atrioventricular connection and the location of great arteries. In 93 cases of right transposition of the great arteries,13 cases were left transposition of the great arteries. Conclusion: The diagnostic accuracy of echocardiography in DORV is high. It can be indicated that the classification is of great significance for the selection of surgical procedures.更多还原
