【摘要】 目的:探讨血管内介入治疗颅内动脉瘤的临床效果。方法:选取2013年2月~2015年2月我院收治并临床确诊为颅内动脉瘤的患者90例,据手术方式分为观察组(48例)和对照组(42例),对照组采用传统开颅夹闭,观察组采用血管内介入治疗。记录对比两组的治疗临床疗效。结果:与对照组的66.67%相比,观察组疗效良好率为85.42%,明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血管内介入治疗具有治疗时间、住院时间短,并发症发生率低,临床疗效好等优点,对颅内动脉瘤患者的治疗起到非常积极的作用,具有较好的临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore clinical effect of intravascular interventional treatment towards intracranial aneurysms. Methods: 90 cases who were diagnosed as intracranial aneurysms in our hospital from Feb 2013 to Feb 2015 were selected as research objectives and divided them into observation group(48 cases) and control group(42 cases) according to surgical procedures. The control group was given traditional craniotomy,while the observation group was given intravascular interventional treatment. The treatment time,as well as clinical efficacy evaluation of two groupswere recorded and compared. Conclusion: Intravascular interventional treatment has the advantages of short treatment time,short hospitalization time,low incidence of complication and good clinical curative effect.
