【摘要】 目的:探讨早期妊娠合并高血压患者采用硝苯地平+拉贝洛尔治疗的疗效及安全性。方法:120例早期妊娠合并高血压患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各60例,对照组采用硝苯地平治疗,观察组采用硝苯地平+拉贝洛尔治疗,比较两组患者的疗效及不良反应情况。结果:总有效率:观察组(98.3%)明显高于对照组(85.0%),P<0.05;不良反应总发生率:观察组(6.7%)明显低于对照组(20.0%),P<0.05。结论:早期妊娠合并高血压患者在临床中采用硝苯地平+拉贝洛尔治疗,治疗效果较好,安全性较高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective;To investigate the efficacy and safety of nifedipine + labetalol in treatment of hypertensive patients with early pregnancy.Methods:120 cases of early pregnancy with hypertension were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each of 60 cases,control group was treated with nifedipine,observation group were treated with nifedipine + labetalol in treatment,efficacy and adverse reaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate;the observation group(98.3%) was significantly higher than the control group(85.0%),P < 0.05;the total incidence of adverse reactions:the observation group(6.7%) was significantly lower than the control group(20%),P < 0.05.Conclusion:Early pregnancy patients with hypertension in the clinical use of nifedipine +labetalol treatment,good treatment effect,high safety.更多还原
