Ki67在星形细胞瘤中的表达及相关性分析

【摘要】 目的:分析Ki67在星形细胞瘤中的表达及相关性。方法:免疫组化法检测Ki67在星形细胞瘤及正常脑组织中的表达,逆转录聚合酶链式反应(RT-PCR)法检测Ki67mRNA的表达水平。结果:Ki67仅在星形细胞瘤中表达,Ⅲ~Ⅳ级星形细胞瘤中Ki67的表达水平明显高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ级(P<0.01)。星形细胞瘤中Ki67mRNA的表达均高于正常脑组织组(P<0.01),高级别组Ki67mRNA的表达均高于低级别组(P<0.01)。结论:Ki67的高表达与星形细胞瘤的发生发展密切相关。

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyse the role and and the relationship of Ki67 in human astrocytoma.Methods:Immunohistochemical staining was applied to determine the expression of Ki67 in human astrocytoma and normal human brain tissue.RT-PCR was used to examine the expression of Ki67 mRNA Results:Ki67 was only expressed in astrocytoma.And the expression level of Ki67 in Ⅲ-Ⅳ degree astrocytoma were observably higher than that in Ⅰ~Ⅱ degree(P < 0.01).The expression of Ki67 roRNA in human astrocytoma were significantly higher than those of normal(P < 0.01).And that in the high-degree astrocytoma were both higher than these in low-degree(P < 0.01).Conclusion:The high expression Ki67 played an important role in the occurrence and development of astrocytoma.
