【摘要】 目的:探讨越鞠丸治疗乙型肝炎患者肝纤维化的临床疗效。方法:随机选择乙型肝炎患者36例并分成两组,治疗组患者给予越鞠丸加橘红,白术,黄芩,山楂治疗,对照组患者给予越鞠丸基础方治疗,两组治疗周期为3个月,治疗结束后进行统计学分析比较两组患者治疗前后肝功能的差异和疗3个月后的有效率比较。结果:越鞠丸加橘红,白术,黄芩,山楂在治疗乙肝肝纤维化的肝功能、肝纤维化指标较给予越鞠丸基础方的对照组好。结论:越鞠丸加橘红,白术,黄芩,山楂组方能够有效的改善患者肝功能及肝纤维化的程度,临床效果较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Yuejuwan for patients with liver fibrosis of hepatitis B.Methods:Totally 36 patients were divided into treatment group(18 cases) and control group(18 cases).The control group was given Yuejuwan and Ju Hong,Bai Zhi,Huang Qin,Shan Zha,while treatment group was given Yue Ju Wan.The liver functionand clinical symptom changes of the two groups were observed and during the 3months.Results:The effect of treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion:Yuejuwanplus orange,atractylodes rhizome,radix Scutellariae,hawthorn prescriptionhas a good effective on clinical treat.更多还原
