霍尔转子位置预估方法及其误差校正
Hall Rotor Position Estimation Method and Its Error Compensation
【摘要】 为提高转子位置检测精度,基于三相对称型开关霍尔传感器,设计了霍尔转子位置预估方法。首先,分析了霍尔位置估算方法的原理误差和霍尔安装偏差引起的固有误差。然后,针对直接校正法和线性校正法的不足,提出一种霍尔扇区初始位置校正法,对霍尔位置估算误差进行了校正。仿真和实验结果表明采用三相对称型霍尔传感器进行转子位置检测,利用误差校正算法之后,可以得到较好的位置精度,性价比高,可以应用于对成本要求苛刻的电机控制场合。
【Abstract】 In order to improve the accuracy of the rotor position detection, a rotor position estimation method is designed based on the three-phase symmetrical switch hall sensor. Firstly, the principle error caused by hall position estimation method and the inherent error caused by hall installation are analyzed. Secondly, in view of the shortcomings of the direct calibration method and linear correction method, a hall sector initial position correction is proposed. Simulation and experimental results show that after using the error compensation algorithm, the three-phase symmetrical hall sensor can detect the rotor position with better location precision and high performance to price ratio. It can be applied to cost demanding applications of motor control.
