基于ANP–SWOT模型的电镀企业安全系统运行分析
Analysis on operation of safety system in electroplating enterprise based on ANP–SWOT model
【摘要】 针对电镀企业安全现状,提出了安全系统ANP–SWOT综合分析模型。以镇江市电镀园区的电镀企业为研究对象,首先运用SWOT(优势-劣势-机会-威胁)模型分析了安全系统内外部影响因素;其次,运用ANP(网络分析法)设计能够准确反映影响因素之间关系的网络结构,以此度量具有关联性的影响因素权重,进而对电镀企业安全系统战略方案作出选择。结果表明:员工安全素质、安全文化、法律法规和预警机制是影响安全系统运行的关键因素,电镀企业安全系统稳定运行的最佳战略是SO战略组合。为提升电镀企业安全水平提出了几点建议:(1)建立健全安全法律法规和危险预警机制;(2)加强安全培训,提高员工安全素质;(3)创建良好的安全氛围。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the present safety situation of electroplating enterprise, an ANP–SWOT comprehensive analysis model was developed. Taking the electroplating enterprises in Zhenjiang Electroplating Park as the research object, the internal and external factors affecting the safety system were analyzed by using a SWOT(strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats) model. A network structure accurately reflecting the relationships between various influential factors was designed by analytic network process(ANP) to determine the weights of the interactive factors and choose the strategic program of electroplating enterprise safety system. The results showed that the key factors affecting the stable operation of safety system are safety quality of staff, safety culture, laws/regulations, and early warning mechanism. The SO strategy is the best for stable operation of electroplating enterprise safety system. Some suggestions were made to improve the safety level of electroplating enterprise safety system, such as establishing safety-related laws and regulations as well as danger early warning mechanism, strengthening the safety training to improve the safety quality of staff, and creating a good safety atmosphere.
