镀液组成对硅钢表面高硅涂层形貌与性能的影响
Influences of Bath Composition on the Morphology and Properties of High-Silicon Coating Prepared on the Surface of Silicon Steel
【摘要】 在硅钢表面复合电镀高硅涂层,再通过扩散退火制备高硅电工钢。采用正交试验优化得到镀液组成为:FeCl2·4H2O 350g/L,硅粒子30g/L,KI 3g/L。实验结果表明:pH值对涂层表面裂纹有影响,当pH值为1.3时涂层表面没有裂纹,其中硅的质量分数为29.84%。1 000℃下扩散退火3h,样品的铁损P2/1k从4.49W/kg降到3.64W/kg,饱和磁感应强度B8从1.67T回升到1.79T。
【Abstract】 High-silicon coating was prepared on the surface of silicon steel by composite electroplating,and high-silicon electrical steel was obtained through diffusion annealing.The optimal bath composition determined by orthogonal test was as follows:FeCl2·4 H2O 350 g/L,silicon particle 30 g/L,KI 3 g/L.The results showed that pH value has important influence on the crack of the coating,there was no crack on the coating surface when pH value was 1.3,and the mass fraction of silicon in the coating was 29.84%.Diffusion annealing for 3 hat 1 000 ℃,the core loss P2/1 kreduced from 4.49 W/kg to 3.64 W/kg,and the saturation induction B8 increased from 1.67 Tto 1.79 T.
