基于模版匹配和查表法的高精度指针式仪表自动检定系统研制

【摘要】 基于查表法的高精度指针式仪表读数识别方法的关键在于相机与仪表表盘位置相对固定,之前研究采用机械夹具将仪表位置固定,但不同批次的仪表外壳尺寸会有差异,造成系统鲁棒性差,读数识别不准确。针对这一问题,文中采用模版匹配的方法实现相机与仪表表盘的准确对中。实验表明,所采用的方法显著提高系统鲁棒性及通用性。

【Abstract】 The key to automatic verification system for high precision pointer instrument based on table searching is the relatively fixed position of camera and instrument dial. Previous studies used mechanical fixture to fix the position of the instrument. However,the shell sizes of different batches of instruments contain dimension errors,which cause poor robustness and reading recognition inaccurate. In order to solve this problem,template matching is employed to make sure the accurate alignment of the camera and instrument dial. Experiments demonstrate that the robustness and generality of the system is significantly improved by the proposed method.
