抽水蓄能机组单波纹弹性油箱支撑双向推力轴承特性研究及应用

【摘要】 介绍了大型抽水蓄能机组单波纹弹性油箱支撑双向推力轴承结构形式、主要参数及其选取范围。支撑系统是推力轴承的重要组成部分,对瓦间负荷分配有重要影响。单波纹弹性油箱在机组运行过程中能够自动平衡瓦间负荷。轴承瓦的单位压力和长宽比等对轴承性能有重要影响,单位压力大则瓦温较高,小长宽比则瓦温较低。试验和运行结果表明,单波纹弹性油箱的承载能力和运行能力适用于大型抽水蓄能机组推力轴承。

【Abstract】 The structural type and the selection range of the main design parameters of single wave elastic oil tank supported bidirectional thrust bearing parameters of large pumped-storage hydro-unit is presented in this paper. The supporting system is an important part of a thrust bearing. It has a big influence on the load distribution between the pads. The elastic oil tank allows autoadjusting of the load distribution on the pads. The specific pressure and length-width ratio have important effects on the thrust bearing performance, the greater the specific pressure and length-width ratio, the higher the bearing temperature. The test and operation results show that the bearing and operation capacity of the single wave elastic oil tank is suitable for the thrust bearings of large pumped storage units.
