抽水蓄能发电电动机冷却方式研究
The Cooling Method Study of Pumped-storage Motor/Generator
【摘要】 本文叙述了采用相似模拟试验的方法,对深圳抽水蓄能发电电动机不同冷却方式开展的试验论证。通过试验数据的对比,探讨了通风系统结构差异对通风冷却效果的影响,介绍了深圳发电电动机采用的冷却方式。另外,在通风模拟试验基础上,掌握了流体场的特点,确定了温度场计算的边界条件,应用有限元的计算方法,对深圳抽水蓄能发电电动机各部分温度分布进行了研究,预期了发电电动机的冷却能力。
【Abstract】 In this paper,various cooling methods test of Shenzhen motor/generator were demonstrated using the similarity simulation test. The cooling effects of different ventilation structures were analyzed by data comparison,and then a reasonable cooling method was selected for Shenzhen motor/generator. Additional,based on the simulation test,the fluid field feature was acquired,which provides the boundary condition for temperature calculation. Using the finite element calculation method,the temperature distribution of Shenzhen motor/generator is studied,by which the cooling effect of the motor/generator is expected.
