【Abstract】 Emergency management is an important part of safety management for hydropower dam,which is the last line of defense to ensure dam safety and security of life, to reduce damage and casualty.Combined with the dam safety management practice of Yalong river and compiling process of emergencyplan for flood control and emergency rescue of Ertan hydropower stations, from four stages of emergencymanagement: prevention, preparatin, response and recovery, the paper discusses the content and require-ments of emergency management of hydropower dams.更多还原
