【Abstract】 Structural reform of supply side is the key to "three advance" in Liaoning Province, and also the main problem restricting the sustainable development of Dalian tourism. During the "Thirteen Five Year Period", the tourism reform in Dalian aims to build up a world-renowned, first-class domestic and the most attractive and competitive tourist spot in eastern coast area by improving the quality of supply as the first choice to enhance the competitiveness of the tourism in Dalian, which is to "add, subtract, multiply and divide" in four aspects: First, addition cultivates new growth through incrementally adjusting structure; Second, subtraction removes excessive and inefficient production capacity to achieve "slimming quality" for tourism; Third, multiplication plays a leading role in the multiplier effect of tourism; Finally, the division removes the institutional barriers to optimizing the developing environment.更多还原
