【摘要】 档案利用过程中存在着信息不对称现象,此现象的产生与档案工作人员和档案用户的个人机会主义倾向以及档案工作人员传统的工作方式有关,由此导致了档案工作人员与档案用户对档案的"隐藏"和"不识"。基于此,文章提出通过完善法律、建立激励与交流学习机制、变革档案信息服务、建构档案信息共享渠道等措施,打破档案信息不对称现象,推动档案利用开放共享。更多还原

【Abstract】 Archives of asymmetric information inhibits the archives exist in fair use,which is related with the phenomenon of archivists and archives users personal opportunism and archives traditional working way, leading to the archivists and users of archives to the archives of "hiding" and "unknowing",so the paper puts forward some solving measures,including improving laws,establishing incentive mechanism, changing file information service,and so on,to promote the development and utilization of archival information.更多还原
