【摘要】 目的观察对老年住院患者意外跌倒进行护理干预的临床效果,寻求并制定出能够降低患者跌倒发生率的护理工作方法,帮助患者更好的康复。方法选取在我院神经内科接受治疗的老年患者184例,将2个病区的患者分为试验组和对照组,对照组采用常规护理,试验组应用护理干预对患者进行宣教,对所得的结果进行统计学分析。结果试验组在实施护理干预后跌倒率明显低于护理干预前(P<0.05),试验组跌倒发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对老年住院患者实施护理干预,可有效降低患者意外跌倒的发生率,帮助其尽快康复,提高其生存质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of nursing intervention on accidental fall of elderly inpatients.To seek and formulate nursing methods to reduce the incidence of fall, to help patients recover better.Methods 184 cases of elderly patients in neurology department of our hospital were selected, and the patients in 2 wards were divided into experimental group and control group, the control group received routine nursing care, the experimental group was treated with nursing intervention, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results After the implementation of nursing intervention, the fall rate in the experimental group was significantly lower than that before the nursing intervention(P < 0.05), tThe incidence of fall in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion Implementation of nursing intervention for elderly inpatients can effectively reduce the incidence of accidental falls, help them recover as soon as possible, and improve their life quality.更多还原
