【摘要】 目的观察穴位埋线疗法在髋关节置换术后镇痛的疗效。方法选取我院2014年4月-2016年2月收治的98例人工髋关节置换手术患者,随机分为2组,对照组53例使用镇痛药物治疗,观察组45例采用穴位埋线法治疗,对比2组治疗前后疼痛症状改善情况。结果 2组治疗后,疼痛程度评估采用主诉疼痛程度分级法(VRS)4级分法,观察组0级22例,1~3级23例(占51.11%),对照组0级10例,1~3级43例(占81.13%),观察组术后72 h镇痛药使用显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用穴位埋线疗法治疗髋关节置换术后疼痛,镇痛效果显著,无不良反应,并可减少镇痛药物的使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the acesodyne effect of catgut embedment in acupoint therapy in post-hip arthroplasty. Methods 98 cases of patients who received artificial hip arthroplasty in our hospital from April 2014 to February 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group(53 cases) adopted analgesic drug treatment, and the observation group(45 cases) adopted catgut embedment in acupoint therapy. The alleviationdegrees of pain symptoms of two groups before and after the treatment were compared. Results According to the assessment results of the degree of pain of two groups after the treatment with four rating method of verbal rating scale,(VRS), 22 cases suffered pain of level 0, and 23 cases suffered pain of level 1~3(51.11%) in the observation group; 10 cases suffered pain of level 0, and 43 cases suffered pain of level 1~3(81.13%) in the control group.Besides, the analgesia drug use of the observation group 72 h after the treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group, showing significant differences and statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion Catgut embedment in acupoint therapy exerts good clinical effect in post-hip arthroplasty, has no adverse reaction,it is more acceptable among patients which can reduce the use of analgesic drugs, and be worth promoting.更多还原
