【摘要】 川芎是临床常用药,对药配伍,各取其长,补彼此之不足,全个体之未备,乃合群之妙。系统整理文献中最具有代表性的15种川芎"对药"配伍关系(主要包括同类相从、异类相使及相反相成),解析与川芎配伍药物的性味功效,总结对药配伍规律,探讨组方用药比例,发掘用药特点,以期规范川芎对药应用范围、剂量等,从而有效指导临床实践。更多还原

【Abstract】 Ligusticum Chuanxiong Hort is commonly used in clinical medicine. pair-herb is a kind of traditional Chinese medicine compatibility, it can not only exert the advantages of the two drugs but also avoid the disadvantages, so as to supplement the deficiency of one of the drugs. This research analyze 15 kinds of most representative of Ligusticum Chuanxiong Hort in the literature on the relationship between pair-herb compatibility, explain the effect and flavor of the drug with Ligusticum Chuanxiong Hort, summarize the compatibility rules of prescription drugs, explore the proportion of drug, in order to regulate the medicine of Ligusticum Chuanxiong Hort the application scope and dose, so as to guide the clinical practice.更多还原
