【摘要】 查阅CNKI数据库,就近10年关于相关经穴与非经非穴、非相关经穴的比较研究中发现,相关经穴与非经非穴、非相关经穴在机体处于生理状态、病理状态、针刺干预态时反映有差异;针刺相关经穴与非经非穴、非相关经穴时对内脏调节也存在差异。相关经穴与非经非穴、非相关经穴机体反映和效应差异的研究已取得丰硕成果,但也存在观测脏腑种类少、检测指标较局限等方面不足,未来可与分子生物学等多学科相结合以进一步开展深入研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper refers to the database of CNKI, and systematically re-viewed the publications in the past 10 years about the research of the comparison between related acupoints and nonacupoints, or non related acupoints. It shows that there are really some differences of reflection existed between related acupoints and nonacupoints, or non related acupoints, when the body was in the physiological state, or the pathological state, or the acupuncture intervention mode. The effects of acupuncture on the correspending zang-fu are aslo different between the related acupoints and the non-acupoints, or between the related acupoints and non-related acupoints. The study has found that the research of the differences in the reflection and effect between the related acupoints and the non-acupoints, or between the related acupoints and non-related acupoints has achieved fruitful results, but there still exist some disadvantages. For example, the types of observed viscera are less, and detecting index is relatively limited. It is suggested that the study of the correlation between the zang-fu and channel acupoint could be further observed with molecular biology, or other multi-disciplinary technology in-depth in the future.更多还原
